General
What is Izbik?
A web app for designing flats and houses in 3D: the floor plan, the rooms and their finishes, made-to-measure furniture, a walkthrough, drawings to print and a cut list, all from one model.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Izbik runs in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Installing it on your own server is optional.
Who is it for?
People planning their own flat or house, architects and interior designers who want a quick model to show, and joiners who need exact furniture and a cut list.
Is it in Czech?
The website is in English and Czech. The app is in English for now.
Designing
Can I start from my existing floor plan?
Yes. Upload a scan or photo of the plan, calibrate it with one known length, and draw the walls over it. An AI agent can do the tracing for you.
Can I design a whole house?
Yes: several floors at their levels, stairs between them, roofs with roof windows and gutters, and the plot with its slope, fences and garden.
Can I add furniture I bought?
Upload a glTF model of the product and place it like any other piece. Custom furniture is made from definitions you can change.
AI agents
Which AI agents work with Izbik?
Any client that speaks MCP with OAuth sign-in, such as Claude Code and Claude Desktop. The agent works as you and only in your projects.
Can an agent break my design?
Every change is logged and can be undone, and you can save a version before you let an agent work.
Sharing and export
Can people see my design without an account?
Yes, with a share link: they can walk through, switch variants and leave comments if you allow it.
What can I export?
Floor plans, electrical plans, wall elevations, façades and sections as PDF or SVG, room schedules, quantities, the cut list and the 3D model as glTF.
Accounts and data
Who owns my designs?
You do. Export them at any time, or keep everything on your own server with the self-hosted app.
Where is my data stored?
On izbik.com, with a hosting provider in the EU (to be confirmed before the beta opens). On a self-hosted server, where you put it.
